Each apartment features a fully equipped kitchen and dining area with everything from cookware to coffee grinder to complete dining sets. Each bedroom is furnished with either queen, full, or twin size beds and linens. Apartments include 1 1/2 bathrooms, also fully furnished, as well as a TV and wireless internet. Coin-operated laundry facilities are available on campus.

Our peaceful apartments are located off of Route 8 and bordered by beautiful woods that separate them from the main road. They are only a short drive from downtown Christiansburg, Floyd, Salem, Blacksburg, Virginia Tech, Radford University and VCOM, making our location perfect for students, professors, speakers, vacations, business trips, or attending university games and events!
